    Depending on your insurance, you might want to inspect before year 8. At year 8, some insurance companies switch to actual cash value, and this can tend to cost you more out of pocket as the policyholder if there is damage.

    An average roof takes 2–3 days. We won’t drag it out unless the weather’s playing games.

  • Q: Will you clean up after the job?

    You bet. We magnet-sweep, haul trash, and check over your property. If we do miss something, please let us know.

  • Q: Do I need to move my car or stuff around the house?

    Communication is key! We will need you to not have any cars in the driveway or in the garage if you plan on going anywhere. We will park a trailer in the driveway and will need to clean up nails when we are done. We don't want you having flat tires.

  • Q: What happens if it rains during my roof job?

    We watch the weather like hawks and tarp up if needed. If the forecast indicates rain, we will also refrain from starting the job to avoid unnecessary risk. Your home is protected.

    Yes, we take care of all that bureaucratic fun so you don’t have to.
